Pedacola-ice cream

The cult drink you can eat with a spoon


Selbstgemachtes Pedacola Eis in einer Schüssel.

Ingredients:

  • 200 ml milk

  • 200 ml whipping cream

  • 1–2 drops of vanilla syrup

  • 300 ml Pedacola

  • 100 g yoghurt

  • 1 tip of the knife of Xanthan


Preparation:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together – ideally using a hand blender

  2. Leave the ice to freeze for 24 hours

  3. Make ice cream in the ice cream maker (set to ‘Ice Cream’ on the Ninja Cremy)

  4. Give it a re-spin, adding a little milk if needed
