Pedacola Cake

Light, fluffy, and delicious!


Pedacola Kuchen schön angerichtet.

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs

  • 200 g sugar

  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

  • 200 g Greek yogurt (10%)

  • 50 ml Pedacola syrup mixed with 200 ml soda water

  • 100 ml oil

  • 400 g flour

  • 1 packet baking powder


Glaze:

  • 100 g powdered sugar

  • 3 tbsp Pedacola syrup

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon


Zubereitung:

  1. Grease and flour a bundt pan

  2. Preheat the oven to 180°C

  3. Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy

  4. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until combined

  5. Pour the batter into the bundt pan and bake at 180°C for 50 minutes

  6. Let cool slightly, then turn out onto a plate while still warm

  7. Once the Guglhupf has cooled completely, spread the glaze (made by mixing powdered sugar, Pedacola, and the juice of half a lemon) over the top.
